1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Picolio provides a free service to registered users who want to upload pictures and videos to share over the Internet. Picolio assumes no responsibility for deletion,
mis-delivery or failure to store communications or personalisation settings.

Picolio will not sell or pass on any personal details that we (Picolio) stores.

2. MEMBER CONDUCT

You acknowledge that all information, data, text, photographs, images, and videos whether publicly posted or privately posted are the sole responsibility of the person from which content originated from. Picolio reserves the right without warning to delete any submitted material that does not comply to the Terms and Conditions stated here.

You agree to not use the service to:

a. Upload and content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. Harm minors in anyway;
c. Upload copyrighted material that is not your own without permission from the owner;
d. Upload picture or videos of an adult nature that is only suitable for people who are 18 years of age;
